In-depth interview on reliability, autonomy, feedback culture and the ability to work in a remote team.

Personal validation by the founder. If there is any doubt, the profile does not join Aurysse. Full stop.

Because our clients don't have time to train. They need talent that is immediately operational, that understands business stakes, and that can integrate without friction. We refuse junior profiles for critical missions.
The founder personally conducts a daily touchpoint with every talent on mission, writes the weekly report sent to the client, and handles all HR aspects: absences, replacements, motivation. You manage outcomes, not people.
French is an official language of Madagascar and the language of higher education. Our profiles are native speakers or near-native in French. Many also have solid English for international clients.
Every talent signs a reinforced NDA before accessing your systems. Accesses are configured with least-privilege principles. A DPA (Data Processing Agreement) is available on request.
