Excellence as the only standard.
We do not do mass placement. We build dedicated, managed and highly qualified teams for companies that refuse to compromise on quality.
Our philosophy
The outsourcing market has a structural flaw: agencies sell volume. They promise savings, deliver interchangeable profiles and leave the client to manage a remote team on their own.
At Aurysse, we made the opposite choice. We work with a limited number of clients, on demanding missions, with profiles we know personally. The founder oversees every team. No one else.
You are not outsourcing a task. You are integrating a talent who shares your culture of results.
Why Madagascar?
A unique talent pool
Madagascar trains thousands of graduates each year in IT, finance, business and communications. Bilingual French-English profiles, often educated at the best Francophone universities.
UTC+3 timezone
Only 1 to 2 hours difference from mainland France. Your team is available during your working hours, in real time.
Native Francophone
French is an official language in Madagascar. No language barrier, no heavy accent — fluid communication with your teams and clients.
Intelligent cost optimisation
Senior profiles at 40-60% of the cost of an equivalent hire in France. Without compromising on quality: we select the best, not the cheapest.
Our selection process
Application
Receipt and screening of applications. Only profiles matching seniority + bilingualism criteria proceed to the next step.
Technical tests
Practical exercises tailored to the domain (code, writing, financial analysis, sales case study). Rigorous assessment of real skills.
Values interview
In-depth interview on reliability, autonomy, feedback culture and the ability to work in a remote team.
Founder validation
Personal validation by the founder. If there is any doubt, the profile does not join Aurysse. Full stop.
What we always refuse
- Non-senior profiles for critical missions
- Clients who want to manage remotely themselves
- Missions without a clear scope
- Compromises on confidentiality
- Volume at the expense of quality
- Unrealistic timelines leading to a rushed integration
